When I was asked to run Le Truc's Summer internship program, I was determined to give our youngest employees a chance to contribute meaningfully to the culture of the agency, not just sit in the back of meeting rooms and tweak pixels in .PSD files.

I oversaw their development of Cringe Check, a special Discord server that turned our interns into culture experts, allowing any employee in the network to ask for advice on an idea before it was presented to a client. Basically an elaborate place to ask "will Gen-Z mock us if we make this?" and get an answer in real time from a real 20-something.

Cringe Check was such a success that we received industry press for the program, which in turn helped our interns get their foot in the door and begin a real career in the industry.
